On Remembrance Day the LVTA is proud to support the United Cabbies Group in London as they organise their annual Remembrance Day free taxi shuttle service.
In the morning, London cabbies queue up at the Victory Services Club, Union Jack Club and major London Rail Stations and some of the LVTA membership are on hand alongside the licensed taxis to take war veterans to the Cenotaph for the memorial service.
The cabs then gathered on Westminster Bridge to observe the 2-minute silence and prepare for the return journeys.
